Phaplu to Everest Trek - 18 Days

Phaplu Everest Base Camp trek is challenging trek in Everest region of Nepal. This 18 days long trek takes you to the highest access point (5,545 m) at Kalapatthar. Kalapathar is the best Mountain View point in Everest region. Kalapatthar offers spectacular view of Everest (8,848 m), Cho Oyu (8,152 m), Lhotse (8,516 m), Makalu (8463 m) Thamserku (6,506 m), Ama Dablam (6,456 m) and other snow capped peaks.

During Phaplu Everest base camp trek trail moves through Khari Khola, Paiya, Phakding, Namchebazar, Tengboche (famous monastery where once Tenzing Sherpa committed to become monk) Dingboche, Lobuche, Gorekshep, visit Everest base camp and destination point of our trekking Kalapatthar (5,545 m). After visiting some wonderland of Everest region trail descends all the way to Lukla(2,860 m) and you will fly back to Kathmandu.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1350m).
Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing.
Day 03: Fly/drive to Phaplu (2400m).
Day 04: Phaplu to Nunthala (2330m) via Taksindu-La (3071m).
Day 05: Nunthala to Kharikhola (2040m).
Day 06: Kharikhola to Paiya (2730m) via Kare-la Pass (3145m).
Day 07: Paiya to Ghat (2592m).
Day 08: Ghat to Namche Bazaar (3440m).
Day 09: Rest Day.
Day 10: Namche Bazaar to Tengbuche (3860m).
Day 11: Tengbuche to Dingboche (4360m).
Day 12: Dingboche to Lobuche (4910m).
Day 13: Lobuche to Everest Base Camp (5365m) and back to Gorakshep.
Day 14: Hike up to Kalapatthar (5545m), trek down to Pheriche (4200m).
Day 15: Pheriche to Namche Bazaar.
Day 16: Namche Bazaar to Lukla.
Day 17: Fly back to Kathmandu.
Day 18: Departure.
